THE LEGENDARY SECRETARIAT

1973 TRIPLE CROWN WINNER

Limited edition of 200, signed and numbered prints

$45.00

Secretariat's Original Portrait is also available

$2,000.00

Little needs to be said about this incredible champion. His performances throughout the 1973 Triple Crown races forever etched his name into horse racing history. His magnificent, unparalleled performance in the Belmont Stakes, which he won by an unbelievable 31 lengths, has raised the bar of excellence against which all succeeding generations of Thoroughbreds will be judged. His popularity reached far beyond the Thoroughbred world as he was admired not only by horsemen associated with other breeds, but also by the general public who couldn't help but be awed by this charismatic superstar. His image was featured on the covers of "Time," "Newsweek," and "Sports Illustrated," and a panel of sports authorities at ESPN ranked him as one of the greatest sports heroes of the 20th Century. Today, the great stallions, STORM CAT, A. P. INDY and GONE WEST, carry the blood of the great SECRETARIAT through their respective dams. We can only hope that one day, one of the descendants of "Big Red" will come close to duplicating his greatness.

MR. WALLS has shown SECRETARIAT as a mature stallion, with the famed "look of eagles in his eye," head held high against a backdrop of imposing clouds, giving the impression of his complete mastery of all he surveyed.

Thus far, purchasers have described this print using the terms "magnificent," "beautiful," and "the best." The artist was extremely honored when the great Ron Turcotte, the fantastic jockey of "Big Red," added a copy to his collection.

This is an edition of 200 signed and numbered prints. The print measures 8" x 10" and is on high-quality, acid-free paper.

THE IMMORTAL RUFFIAN

1975 FILLY TRIPLE CROWN WINNER

Limited edition of 987 signed and numbered prints

$100.00

It's now been over thirty years since RUFFIAN succumbed following the injury she sustained in the famous race between herself and Kentucky Derby winner, Foolish Pleasure. RUFFIAN, like BARBARO, completely captured the hearts of both casual fans and racing experts.

MR. WALLS was greatly moved by the loss of Ruffian and completed her portrait immediately following her untimely demise, in the hope to, in some way, contribute toward preserving her imposing stature and personality.

This picture shows the majestic filly in an open field, against a background of dramatic clouds that suggest the way she stormed across America's race tracks -- and the dazzled eyes of her throngs of adoring fans.

This large, high quality print is produced on very heavy stock and will be mailed to you, flat, in its own custom-made carton. The overall size is 21" x 28", and the image measures 16" x 24". For an additional $35.00, the artist will do an original remarque sketch in the lower left margin of your print.

Shown are the print in its entirety, a detail of RUFFIAN"S head and neck, and a close-up example of a one-of-a-kind remarque sketch.

REMEMBER THE IMMORTAL RUFFIAN, one of history's most beloved equines -- an American, and world-wide legend.
